Meet Omar Merced. Master of Chaos. Lover of Real Estate, Construction, and Opportunity Zones.

Omar Merced started investing in real estate in 2002 and has been a licensed real estate agent and property manager since 2009.

He was born and raised in Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. Joining the military at 17 he served honorably for 16 years, and his last job was as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot. While in the military, he found a love for Real Estate and began flipping homes and purchasing multifamily real estate. After leaving the military in 2009 he has called Las Vegas home.

He has a very extensive background in working with both Residential and Commercial investment properties. He has worked with Short Sales, Creative Financing, Property Management, Opportunity Zones, and is now working on becoming a Commercial Developer.

Omar runs a local Real Estate Investors meetup with 1,600+ members where he helps other people get involved in all aspects of Real Estate.

He loves to give back to the community by helping out annually through various Nonprofits, and in his spare time, he loves to travel with his wife and children
